Pre-Brief Conversation

Following your initial contact, we’ll have a brief introductory session to discuss your project needs and ensure we’re aligned before moving forward.

Briefing

We proceed with a detailed briefing (google-form questionnaire to fill in) and a follow-up call to fully understand your brand, goals, and needs.Then I prepare and send you a Commercial Offer (CO) with all the project details: design task based on the briefing, list of deliverables, project timing and cost.

Concepts Development (Stage 1)

I develop two alternative brand concepts based on the brief, giving you clear options to choose the direction that best fits your vision. Concepts are presented in a screensharing meeting, where I explain the research and rationale behind all the decisions. You’ll also be emailed the presentation PDF.

Refinement and Finalization (Stage 2)

Once you select a concept, I refine and polish it based on your feedback until full approval, at no extra cost.

And then develop the rest of assets included in your chosen package.

Final Files Preparing & Delivery (Stage 3)

After approval, I prepare and deliver all final files in various formats, ensuring you're ready for launch across all platforms.
